Banana Cake

2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups sugar
Sift together all of the above ingredients.
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir together to soften. Add:
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup mashed bananas
Mix until flour is dampened. Beat 2 minutes (low speed.) Add 2 eggs unbeaten, 1/2
cup chopped nuts & rest of milk. Beat 1 minute (low speed) turn batter into pan.
Bake 375 - 25 minutes or until done.
