Bisquick EZ Cheeseburger

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup original Bisquick
1 cup milk

Heat oven to 400.  Grease 9 inch plate.  Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.  Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with salt and cheese.  Stir remaining ingredients until blended.  Pour into pie plate.  Bake 25 minutes.
