Cream Cheese Cookies

4 cups flour
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1 lb. margarine

Soften cream cheese & margarine. Mix with all ingredients. Knead dough until well combined. Chill for 1 hour. Roll dough thin and cut into diamond shapes. Spread diamonds with desired filling and roll. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 for 20-25 min. till golden brown. Sprinklw with powdered sugar when cool.
