Individual Muffin Pizzas

Brush halves of English Muffin with olive oil or butter. Toast under broiler. Cover each with tomato slices, catsup or tomato paste; onion rings, salami or pepperoni. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt, & oregano. Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese. Return to broiler until cheese melts and bubbles. Serve hot.
