Piggy Pudding 16 link sausages 4/5 tart apples (peeled, cored & sliced) 1 to 1 1/2 packages corn bread mix (mix per instructions on box) Preheat oven to 450. Cook sausages til done. (pierce w/fork to release fat.) Then put in 9 inch baking dish. Layer apples on top. Pour corn bread batter over all & bake for 30 minutes or until corn bread is done. Serve w/maple syrup.
