Fudge 1 1/2 stick margarine 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 - 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream 1 pkg (10 oz) peanut butter chips or 1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate chips Bring first 3 ingredients to a full boil stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes (use timer.) Remove from heat. Stir in chips and marshmallow cream - stir hard until chips and cream are melted. Pour into greased 13X9-1/2 in baking dishes or pans. Cool completely - cut into serving pieces.
