Potato Soup (W or W/O Cheese) 1 1/2 cups peeled potatoes (diced small) 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup sliced celery 1/4 cup sliced carrots chopped onions (to taste) ham bouillon (1/2 teaspoon or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flower salt & pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons flour 3/4 cup milk In pan combine 1st nine ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat - cover & simmer until potatoes & carrots are tender. In small bowl combine flour & milk until smooth. Stir into vegetables. Bring to a boil & stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. If you want cheese, reduce heat to low & stir in 1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese.
